Sick Day* Chicken Soup

Finally – FINALLY – I got the recipe perfect. Here is exactly how I made it so that I can re-create it someday. Adjust as needed. Perhaps someday my children will allow me to add actual veggies.

1 1/2 – 2 C frozen chicken broth (frozen in an ice cube tray)
5 – 6 C water
3 tsp sea salt
frozen cooked chicken strips
garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 bay leaves

Boil. Serve.

I’ll have to try it as I have yet to perfect my recipe. I tried a pretty good one the other day, but making the noodles by hand was kind of time-consuming, especially if you have sick kids.

I’ve never put ginger in my soup before. YUM!
